Anyone here ever learn Taoist Yoga before?
I learned a series of exercises many years ago and I only know that the teacher was from San Diego and I understand that there were several Taoist masters there including Share K Lew.
Kayla from a group called "Circle of Friends" in San Diego, taught these sets while I was attending a Buddhist meditation retreat. It was a intensive Tibetan meditations with hours of sitting and reading of Dharma texts and lectures. So anyways she taught these exercises at night to help balance the prolonged sitting. I got a lot out of these.
I am just wondering if they look familiar to anyone here.
