videos of our sparring group. it is a small invite only group, nobody goes to hard. we spar at about 50-70% power, trying to help guys get first boxing fights in.

some of my own rounds:
Three rounds:

1st round- guy somewhat new to boxing
2nd round- guy with a few years of boxing
3rd round: Crossfit instructor with 5 fight record.



vs. craig a very tall boxer looking to do his first Am fight



vs. young fighter anxious to do his first fight and Coach khem- who has 5 fight record.
